Assistant Back Office Manager

We are looking for results-oriented and proactive Assistant Back Office Manager to support the operation of our back-office functions. This role involves overseeing administrative processes, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in supervising daily administrative operations.
•Manage and maintain records, databases, and reports with accuracy.
•Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth internal processes.
•Support financial and HR-related back-office activities.
•Provide training and guidance to junior back-office staff when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ economics, Management, or related field (preferred).
•Proven experience in administrative or back-office management roles.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
•Able to work independently as well as in a team.
