Compensation: CAD 1.75K - 3K/month.

Location: Remote (for Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Panama, Honduras, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Belize, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, and The Bahamas residents).

Skills: Proficient in A/B testing and copywriting.

Responsibilities and more:
- Developing and executing bespoke email marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Communicating complex ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Preparing detailed briefs for art and copywriting teams, ensuring cohesive campaign designs.
- Managing end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
- Creating compelling, personalized email content.
- Conducting A/B tests to optimize email performance.
- Designing unique customer journeys through tailored email automation.
- Analyzing campaign metrics to derive insights and refine strategies.
- Ensuring technical compliance with email standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, understand their needs, and proactively address their concerns to ensure they are receiving a superior return on investment with H+L's service.
