Responsabilidades clave
Supervisar la ejecución de obras civiles, estructuras metálicas y pavimentación.
Coordinar equipos de trabajo y subcontratistas en campo.
Verificar el cumplimiento de planos, especificaciones técnicas y cronogramas.
Controlar el uso eficiente de materiales, equipos y recursos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y medio ambiente.
Reportar avances, incidencias y necesidades al equipo de ingeniería y gerencia.
Perfil del candidato ideal
Formación técnica o universitaria en Ingeniería Civil, Construcción o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 5 en supervisión de obras viales y estructurales.
Conocimiento en lectura de planos, normas de construcción y control de calidad.
Liderazgo, proactividad y capacidad para resolver problemas en campo.
Manejo de herramientas digitales para reportes y seguimiento de obra.

Parfind N.V. offers various facilities, including warehouses, storage areas, a
spraying company, the office of the civil engineering company Rocco Pallas
N.V., the office of the gold mining company N.V. Goudkust, and the
headquarters of the timber production and export company Green Wood World
N.V.
The company intends to establish a Port Facility at Dijkveld located in the
Wanica District, adjacent to Staatsolie Refinery. This location is ideal as is not
situated in the busy central part of Paramaribo while still being conveniently
close to it. The primary objective of setting up this port facility is to enable the
storage and transshipment of containers and bulk cargo, which will be loaded
and unloaded at the quay by ships.
After years of engaging with import and export companies, Parfind N.V.
recognized the growing need for additional port facilities. With the government's
focus on growth and development following the stabilization and the discovery
of oil and gas resources over the years, the demand for port facilities dedicated
to the import and the export of goods is expected to rise.
